Inviting you to “Reform Your Way.” Abode Pilates offers OnDemand virtual reformer classes that stream hourly, every hour, when instructor-led classes aren’t running. Each session runs for approximately 45–50 minutes, giving you the flexibility to move on your schedule. With an extensive library of class types, you’ll never run out of options to suit your mood, goals, or energy level.

30-Minute Classes for Under 18s

Designed specifically for teens, this energising 30-minute class builds strength, stability, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced instructors guide students through sequences that improve body awareness, coordination, and overall wellbeing — all while keeping movement fun and engaging.

Whether your teen is new to Pilates or already active in sport, each class offers tailored variations to meet their individual needs and help them move well both inside and outside the studio.
